What is the best colon cleanser as far as effectiveness and safety?

It is starting to irritate me! I have been doing a LOT of research on trying to find the best colon cleanser, however, its hard to tell if the research site is just trying to pawn off a product or if its a real review…any help would be greatly appreciated.

First some form of exercise.also sit ups. There are natural herbs that can help. I saw at walmart colon cleaner the pharmacist said it was not a good idea to take madication, it creates habit.
Look what kind of herbs they list and make tea infusions and drink naturally. Also health food stores could have some info. The best would be to ask a doctor.
