Colon Cleanse For Weight Loss
Can colon cleansing help with weight loss? Undeniably the answer is yes, for a variety of reasons:
The colon cleanse will remove a ton of waste out of your intestines. Mucoid plaque has accumulated over a period of years in your colon, loads of waste is just sitting there, hosting parasites and causing fatigue, aches and pains, headaches, flatulence, constipation and abdominal bloating. Just getting rid of this waste is losing you weight! Users report losing up to two pounds a day. You will feel lighter, emptier – no more bloated stomach, no more sluggish feeling.
A Colon Cleanse will restore the natural balance of your internal flora. This means you will have a normal balance of good bacteria in your gut, which will improve your digestion so food is processed more efficiently. Vitamins and minerals will be extracted from your food and your digestive system will become more efficient.
Cleansing your colon will relieve your body of all the effort it is currently expanding fighting parasites and other sickness caused by a toxic colon. Once all that waste has been removed your body will have more energy to increase your metabolism and give your energy to start a new exercise regime maybe??
A colon cleanse is an excellent “new start” – so don’t just colon cleanse, change your diet at the same time. Increase the amount of fruit and vegetables that you eat, add a quality protein to each meal, eat lots of whole grains and seeds and avoid any white processed products as they are what have led to your unclean colon in the first place.
If you are still not sure about colon cleansing, why not try one of the “free trials” that are about at the moment. That way you can find out if it is going to help you without spending any money!

Diverticulitis
Diverticulitis is a condition that occurs when pouches bulge out of the colon and these pouches, known as diverticula become inflamed.
Diverticulosis, is when you have the pouches but they are not inflamed. Symptoms of diverticulosis are bloating, cramping and constipation. You may also get some bleeding and inflammation. If you are bleeding from the diverticula you will see bright red blood from your rectum. Even though the bleeding may be painless, it could be serious and you should see a doctor immeditaely.
Diverticulitis, is when the pouches have become inflamed. Symptoms are pain in the lower part of the abdomen, with a fever, nausea, vomiting and a change in your bowel habits. If you think you have diverticulitis you must see a doctor straight away.
Although the cause of diverticulitis is not totally agreed on, many doctors agree that a diet low in fiber is the cause. Fiber absorbs water and makes it easier to pass a stool. If you do not have enough fiber in your diet constipation is likely. Constipation means that you are likely to be straining to go to the toilet and this straining causes the pouches or diverticula to develop. If you are not clearing your colon fully, the waste that gets left behind will house the bacteria that will lead to the inflammation of diverticulitis.
Diverticular disease is not always serious, but if it is there can be bleeding, rips in the pouches, blockages and you may even reach the point where a hole develops in the colon and your faeces leak into the abdomen.
To avoid diverticular disease you should eat a diet that contains plenty of fiber. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains such as bread, pasta and brown rice, and legumes such as kidney beans, chick peas and lentils. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water, all that fiber will not help unless it has water to absorb.
If you have been eating an unhealthy diet and think you may be heading towards diverticulitis it would be well worth doing a colon cleanse to get rid of any of the waste that has been accumulating, you will then have a clean colon to start your new healthy eating plan!
